Default Kingtech 45tp rear mount failed

Hello,
I have 3 flights on my kingtech 45-tp and noticed rear mount cracked at factory bend. I was wanting to buy another
but couldn't find on pacific or kingtech websites. I'll attach flight and pic of mount. Is this common? This is
my first turboprop but have k45 and k85 in other jets.

I had over 20 flights on the Kingtech 60 tp and 30 plus flights on the Kingtech 100tp with no issues with either mount.

Thanks Dirk replied by email already. I thought it was very odd as this has been the only mount that's ever broke on me period.
He suggested tightening the front mounts first leaving rear loose and then tightening them. I can see that as a potential for causing the issue.

I see what you did, for sure that’s the way I mounted mine, and I’d required a little shim at the back on both side.
