I am extremely excited to be building a northstar, i am puting a o.s .46ax with a factory muffler on it, my question is, does the muffler clear the engine pod if I install the engine upright. or do I have put it at 45 degrees? also I was debating about putting the throttle servo in the engine pod, is there room for a mini servo in the engine pod for that? if you could give me any tips or pics on the building of this plane, please share. thanx

My Feedback: (4)
I have my engine upright - no muffler issues.
And, while I have not done it, I have heard of people using a mini servo in the nacelle - and if I ever built another, I would at least attempt it.
I would even try to put the elevator servo back there too!

if I put the elevator servo in the back, would you put a mini servo or a regular size servo? wouldnt that make too much wieght in the rear?
