Just relating my experience with Precison Cut Kits. I am building a Ziroli Ercoupe and ordered the full wood kit from PCK. Ordered on November 1st, expected kit within 4 to 5 weeks, received on December 29th. Really good job on the parts, but was missing one of the precut wing spars for the center wing. Sent 3 emails, no response. Finally called and the very friendly lady said she would see that I got the parts. This is Feb 25th and still no parts. In the meantime I discovered that I was also short most of the 3/32 balsa sheet for the wings. By the way I finally made the spars myself to I could continue with the build. I don't know if this is a common experience, but I won't be back.

Have to agree on the customer service piece. I purchase all my laser cut stuff from laser lizard, good quality excellent prices and service. I was at the WRAM show picked up some Ziroli plans for a P-40 and stopped by precision cut kits and was not impressed. I will stick with with laser lizard.
Also the WRAM show moved to the meadowlands. First time I was at the show for a few years and I thought it was a very weak show, not impressed and definitely not worth the price of admission. Only went to get some Ziroli stuff but was not impressed by some of the other exhibitors, the main ones I was interested in were there but with nothing worth looking at.
