Mine is covered. I'm waiting for my rib tapes. After that, she's ready for paint.

Just not the same here in the South, it just gets slightly colder and windier.

But, I just got the wing halves glued together! Maybe one more month??

I opened the box and looked at what I wanted to do then had a few problems that put the breaks on building for a while. No mater, I do most of my building in the heat of the summer. I have the Ultra Sport 1000 kit to do first then I have some nice new plans to work from for a scratch built P-51 pattern Plane. I finished the rebuild on the carb on the engine for the US today. Just had to install the choke and solder the buttery fly hole. Installed a new NV in aother carb. I should be building in another month or two?

i converted some 40 to 60 size stuff to electric...

4star 40
Supersportster bipe 40
Pica FW 190 D9
Sig Ninja

and I am building a senior with a large bomb drop, its at finishing stage.. but will wait to cover in garage (fabric and Sig stix it) strong smelling stuff for indoors..
I also have a big tug boat hull I am building from online plans. lots of little ponds around town anymore..

i also have a Dual ace i had been given that was crashed hard, it will be electric as well.

I'm doing OK, just very tired of TV and indoors. Getting stronger every day but had to take advantage of my wife taking a nap yesterday and doing a sneak out to the shop. Sitting and building is hard but I do have chairs out there. My plan is to build the US kit first then maybe build two of the P-51s at the same time. Then I need to get with the program and scratch out another new CG Extra for myself. Maybe another double build so I can give one to a friend. On top of that I have several other old kits I may end up building that we hung onto when we scorred all the old kits at an estate sale.
A couple more weeks and I should be OK to start building again? Being down is a drag and I have kits to build!!!!!!

Often anymore the doctors want people up and moving a little, rather than laying in a bed.. I don't know in your case so follow the rules .. and just take it slow.. And try to sort thru the many ideas that will be fighting for first in line status !

Got a PT-20 framed up and ready for covering. Going to cover with silkspan and dope, so gotta wait until spring to start that. Have no garage so have to do it outdoors. Going to power it with a Thunder Tiger .25

Also have a Sterling Piper Cub Super Cruiser that I converted from free-flight to electric, that I also plan on covering with silkspan and dope.
