Default header tank question/problem

I want to use two tanks to conserve space. The tanks will be in series, feeding an inverted OS .60 glow. The fuel line from the second tank to the carb will be roughly vertically in line with the carb, but the bulk of both tanks will beabove the carb, engine and muffler. Am I setting up problems with floodingor fuel flow? Because the fuel is above the engine, will the added weight of the fuel cause problems? It's basically like having one large tank with the fuel linesextending out from the bottom ofthe tank rather than the top.
