You know guys there is a very simple solution to this problem. If you paid by credit card simply call your issuer and dispute the charge as non delivery of shipped merchandise. They will charge back the merchant and credit your account. If they did not give a definite delivery date it is 30 days after the charge. In my opinion there is no reason they should charge your account before it is shipped. Especially if they know there may be a question if they can even get the merchandise. I work in the disputes department for a major credit card company and believe me it is that simple.
