I recently purchased a old Ace R/C Extra 230 33% kit but found that it is missing the build manual..I wonder if anyone is familiar with this kit,has a manual they would sell or copy and sell or has any ideas to help me out..The Kit looks great other than the missing manual...Thanks The Kit Number is 50G5033

The May 1986 issue of Model Avaiation had an 11 page build article on that kit. You can see it on the AMA website, members only, archives. Search for that issue and the seaarch words Extra 230.

If you can't get it there, I have a copy I scanned a few years back that I could send you. It is a huge Doc file, some 18M + PMme if you need my copy and provide an email address to send it to.

Oh that would be fantastic Don...I will give you my Address but I am in the process of getting a new computer...The one I am on now is constipated...We will need to wait to transfer any files till my new one is up and running...Do you have the plans too?

Ido have the plans, but I also have the kit waiting to be built, so I can't seperate them.. The plans are still avaiable from the AMAplans service http://www.modelaircraft.org/files/E.pdf It almost to the bottom fo page 13. Idon't know if they throw in a copy of the build article any longer. It might be worth a phone call to find out.
