Supposedly kit built, supposedly stock.... what is it?

Can you post a couple of pictures at different angles and at any small details we can use as clues?

you want details? unfortunately my brother sent me that pic and asked me the same thing... I'm just trying to crowdsource the answer :-) I have no details other than what you see. Its a friend of my brothers who owns the plane.. he picked it up at a garage sale and knows nothing about it.

I don't think it is an Aeromaster.

The only two biplanes I can think of with 2 swept wings right now are the aeromaster and the ultimate. Its obviously not an ultimate... I don't think its an aeromaster either... but I'm coming up empty on searches...

The kit's tail may have been bashed. I still think Aeromaster.

Yes Spot on i remember it was Circus hobbies . was there i a TOC Las vegas model ??
It was flown in 1988 at the TOC it was designed by Ken Bonnema Steve Rojckie flew it

And one of the hardest kits to build accurately that I've ever built!

I watched a couple on ebay a couple years ago. They did not go for much, $100 at most. I like those old Japanese kits, they are usually so well put together, but I just could not get interested in building a bipe that was not scale.
