bird of time canopy to canopy tray attachment technique needed
Yep guys another newbee question. Sorry about that. Im finishing up a BOT arf and need to attach the canopy to the canopy tray, and then the assy to the fuselage. If anyone that would care to give detailed instructions on how to do this, I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks in Advance for the Help

Not really sure of what you are asking but here is how I attached the canopy on my Bird of Time, which I converted to electric power. I installed some 4-40 blind nuts into blocks and installed the blocks into the inside of the fuselage.

I would use a wooden dowel in the front of the canopy bulkhead , make it go into the bulkhead in the fuse, then I would get those strong small magnets , glue two into the canopy, and two the fuse so that when they clamp down together everything fits tight and accurate. you might have to make some new tabs, or countersink the magnets, but it will be a nice setup.

You may find some other options here. I started this thread some time ago. Really took off and now provides some really interesting ideas on the building of a Bird of Time.
