Default Help!!!

I purchased a short wood kit at an estate auction that did not come with any identifying information or plans.
The wing spars are 40" to 42" long which would put the wingspan at around 80". There are 50 pre-cut ribs which lead me to believe that this is a bi-plane kit. The longest ribs are 13" in length.
There are also 3 laminated, boxed pieces of wood which I assume are for the elevator and rudder. The largest piece, that I assume is for the rudder measures 17 1/2" across.
Please look at the attached photos and see if you can help me in identifying this kit. Earl.

I noticed the word "Cabine" in one of the pics......so it should be a high winged aircraft (or Biplane)....and with those curved 'wing tips'.....hummmmm, stumped SORRY.....
