Believe it's going to be a Topflight Headmaster that was designed by Ken Willard. Outerzone has the plans.

Nope, the headmasters stab sits on the bottom and different shaped nose. Also the plane in the picture has flat bottom wing.

Maybe it's the Topflite Sierra. They are very similar. Here is one for sale: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOP-FLITE-SI...orcev4exp=true The rudder where it meets the stab is different but that could be builder induced. Good luck on your quest.

John, I thought the same thing but the wing is also different. The plane in the video has sheeting on the front of the wing. Keep the guesses coming I really appreciate it. This may just be a prototype or scratch built plane.
