Default epoxy glue alternative

Hi all
I am building a DB 1/4 Pup and have developed an allergy to epoxy/cyano fumes. I am only half way through the kit and need an alternative to use. Can anyone recommend an alternative glue for high stress areas/ attaching the tailplane etc.

Any help much appreciated.

Titebond II is a great alternative to ca and all use use now, really don't like ca. As for epoxy, if you have been using the hobby grade then I would suggest trying system three's brand. It is a different base chemical and a far superior epoxy, I prefer the Gel-Majik.

Hi Saberflyer, I too use a system 3 product called G2, it is a 2 to 1 ratio epoxy, takes like a day to cure so is good for some applications like firewalls and tail empenages and wing joining. I also mix it with micro balloons and use it as fillet. I wish Lee valley carried the Gel-majik Robert, sounds good. I use the epo-grip paste, it seems fairly odorless.

If your in need a good on-line source http://www.woodcraft.com/search2/sea...0three%20epoxy is where I get my T-88 and GelMagic. Yes the cure time's are longer than any hobby grade but well worth it in the long run.
