Default Nelson Paints

I went the Nelson site today and found out it is gone. Anyone know what happened to them?

I tried ordering paint from him about a year ago, and got a reply that he was down with the flu, then a short while later the site was gone. I hope he's okay, and just got tired of the business.

I have found that you can order paint from System 3 in 4 oz. jars or quarts or gallons. It's the same paint that Nelson was selling. The only problem is they only have the standard colors, red, blue, white, yellow, black and green. I'm using it on a plane right now.

RDJeff, This tread might not be the place to ask but I've never painted a model before would 2 - 4oz. jars be enough to paint a 40 size plane? Thanks

It depends on the plane, of course, but you could most likely do it with one jar.
