Default Question about RC conversions and aerobatics

I saw an AMA alpha doing aerobatics including inverted flight and it didn't look like it had ailerons.. I didn't know this was possible with the three channel airplane I am wondering if it is possible with a RC converted guillows kit such as the javelin or the lancer or the arrow. I didn't think they could even do rolls or loops. do you think this is possible with an rc converted arrow lancer or or javelin. Is a kit like alpha or the sky bunny considered a legitimate kit or is it just for kids.? I was thinking about doing one of those because I had trouble with the fuselage on the javelin I built but the wings and stabilizers weren't much of a problem. I would like to build something similar to the junior 600 series by guillow because they supposedly fly better than the scale models and I was hoping they don't do aerobatics because when I get into that I just end up crashing Incessantly
