Question Building old balsa and ply model planes

Hi
I have some old ( circa 20-25 year old RC model kits Precedent etc)
These have been stored in my lofts over the years, wood looks unmarked/no blemishes and not warped.
Could I still build from one of these kits?
cheers
grobo

I am building a Dynaflite Fly Baby from a 23 year old kit. If anything, the long time in storage flattened all the sheets, including the die-cut ones. I expect the the results will be at least as straight and strong as one built back then.
