Your picture is not clear enough for me to make a positive ID.
But, It does bare a striking resemblance to the Top Flight Headmaster.
I don't have any pictures at the same angle.
But here is a couple of my 1st and 2nd RC airplanes (Top Flight Headmasters)
the first one (which lasted one flight) was built as 3 channel (no ailerons)
the second one (eith green wing) had ailerons added and the plastic wingtips were not used.

I think you might be correct. After some time digging on the internet I found this decal kit. Once I saw the polariod on the larger computer screen, I noticed a large TF on the tail. It also seems possible that the horizontal stabilizer is mounted underneath the fuselage and can make out the elevator horn on top of the elevator.
