Default Repairing Hog Bipe,Help!

Just purchased a crashed bipe missing Cabanes and wing struts gear etc.Looked on Sigs site doesn't show any availability for buying the plans and maybe some of the missing parts.Any idea whare they might be found.Remember looking somewhere for myCitabria and seeing plans etc for sale?Appreciatte any help you can give.Sounds like some are changing the nose by putting on a cowl instead to those flat sides. This is the one with only the single servo on the lower wing soundslike newer ones use two.Would be nice to be able to get the plans and those wing mounting parts.[sm=confused.gif]

Moodier,

I don't know if you made it to these pages but here's a link to them. Look thru here and you might find what you are looking for.

At the Sig site. http://www.sigmfg.com/cgi-bin/dpsmar...FV3.html?E+Sig Goto the Sig Catalog Tab at the top of the page. Next at the left side of the page click on Accessories. Then click on Accesories and Replacement parts. Worse site for navigating that I've seen in a long time. Looks like it was designed 5 years ago.

In Sig's 2000 Catalog, the following numbers were listed.
Hog Bipe Plans SIGKP 269
Instruction Book SIGIB 269
Maybe this Info will help you. Once you have the plans, the other parts you need should be listed on them. Good luck.

Thanks fellows for the information and advice!IN the end here I called SIG they were super helpful,we spent lot of time with there books there trying to figure what needed many parts on on same sheet ply etc so hard to tell.We did find couple cabane Alum.parts for couple dollars so ordered them and the plans as most of system seems to be wood so with the plans can make the wood parts up.Should work out OK.Again THanks for the responses.Bob Moodie
