I have recently fibreglassed a cbm f16n. i am ready to paint it. I have primered it with zinsser primer. I am going to paint it in 2 tones of gray. What is the best spraypaint to use with out risking damage to the underlying foam?

If it's glassed, you can probably use whatever you want. On mine, I plan on using the latex recommended in the manual/video.

I have used Krylon Fusion for Plastic and Krylon MAXX. Both work great on Depron foam with no side effects. You can spray it lightly or even a heavy coat with the Fusion. Use multiple light coats with the MAXX.
