Default YS120NC on a GP extra 300s .60?

I'm finishing up a GP Extra 300S .60 size with the intention of adding a smoke system. I have a magnum 1.20 to put on it, but I'm thinking about picking up a used YS 120NC from a guy. Will I regret hanging the Magnum on it with the smoke system, or should I just bite the bullet and buy the YS? Personal experiences appreciated.

My buddy Kevin has this exact plane, but is running a OS 1.20 surpass 3.

With that engine, the plane is nose heavy, so he put in a big battery (1200mAH) in the tail.

He feels the 1.20 is too much, and is thinking of changing it for a 90 4 stroke. While he dose't have smoke, a large 1/4 servo, and the large battery pack only add to the weight, and the landings are considered 'hot'..

A friend had the same plane with a YS 91 in it and was ballistic. Geez I think you're pushing it with that motor.

I had 2 of them with ST 90's and if I did it again I would go with a 1.20..
