Default Airsail kit building

I jave just recieved an Airsail Kit (Piper Tomahawk) and I was wondering if anyone could give me a rating on this kit. I have not had expeience with plastic over balsa tail sections, and ailerons. I am not sure what glue to use. Do these parts get covered with monocoat or is it best to paint them. Is the t-tail hard to get lined up? Would a Satio 72 4 stroke be too much engine? Has anyone had experiences with encorperating "wash out" in the wings? I would sure like to have some feed back on these issues, before I get to the point of "I should have done it differently"

Thanks.
