Default Covering colors

Hello All,

I am currently building a Something Extra, it is the first kit I have built. I need some help with choosing the colors for this plane. What I have come up with is Pearl Teal for the Top and Gold for the bottom. Do you think this will be OK or should I reconsider these colors?

Thanks,

Ryan

Personally, I don't like solid colors.

Light colors against the sky can disappear, and dark colors against a dark background like trees or mountains can also play tricks on your eyes.

Try keeping your colors, but add some gold bands to the teal, and vice versa

I agree with Miniflyer. Geometric shapes are easy to see as well. Mix it up a bit. [&:]

If your SE will be used for learning aerobatics, I would recommend something like a checkerboard or wide stripes on the bottom. That will give you good contrast with the top. Surprisingly, most all colors appear black at a distance.

My gallery has a picture of the Pearl Teal with Plum.
