I am fixing to start building a Goldberg Extra 300 It will be lightned to the max without compromising the strength of the structure. I have a foam wing kit for it that will be cored a set of carbon fiber gear glass cowl and pants and maybe a carbon fiber spinner. Ok heres my question I dont want to cut my cowl all up so I want to run a inverted 4-stroke (I dont mind cutting the bottom of the cowl). I want the plane to have unlimited verticle i'm not into 3-D just your normal airbatics and some Imac. I dont want the plane to be under powered and I dont want it to be way over powered. I also want to run a 3-blade prop for the scale look (I know the 3-blade is not as efficent as a 2-blade but that dont bother me) I'd like to hear some suggestions on engine prop combos.

With YS 120 you need to put ele & rud servos in the tail, , as well as the battery, maybe with the new YS 110 you may get some weight advantage; I am sure power will be there!
Also I did reinforce the fire wall and the landing gear fuselage former.
You will get what you are looking for with this combo.
