Im having trouble with the tail set on my Hellcat im building. I cant figure out how to Install my elevator horns so they wont get caught by the rudder horn. This is a park flyer size too.Now I epoxied the elevator horns near the tail edge of the elevators in hopes to keep them back further,just one problem now the push rods travel up and down with the throw. like I said this is all micro horns and rods.I realize now it might have been better if I had the rudder horn mounted in the middle of the rudder is this my mistake? Its at the bottom of the rudder.
Also is like 20 Percent movement enough to control the plane.The plane is heavy for its size?

The horns should be at the pivot point for the elevators. Small movement of the rod will give max throw of the surface.
