The tank is not exactly "Inaccessible", it is accessible from the radio compartment only. What I suggest is to go to your local Auto Parts Store. They have 1/8" copper tubing that is about 50 cents a foot. I replace the brass tubing in the tank with the copper. this stuff bends like a dream, and I cut two lengths long enough to go from the tank right through the firewall. Now I have no worries about a fuel line splitting in the tank compartment

Right , the copper tubing is much easier, and softer than brass, to work with...I have not used the long tube method through the firewall, but will be an option in the future...thanks
