You'll most likely be fine. Sometimes I think the concern for precision in sport model airplane construction goes too far. Just slap on the engine and fly it!

If the right leading and trailing edges are mismatched by the same amount below the LH wing, it's just a cosmetic problem.

If the RH LE is dropped and the RH TE is above or even with the LH TE, then the wings will have unequal incidence. The airplane will fly, but you will have to add left aileron trim to hold wings level in flight, and the left wing will stall before the right one does

The left wing will stall first... Reckon you did a real good job of epoxying the two halves together, so separating them is not an option...???

Cheers!

Not to belittle, but this is why "dry fitting" before gluing is VERY important!

I, too learned the hard way.

If your leading edge is truely only 1/8" off then you have nothing to worry about. The plane will have a very slighty bias in one direction that can be easily dealt with by a couple of clicks of aileron trim. This is a Cub after all not a precision aerobatic machine or high speed jet.
