I covered my Ziroli Warbird with .6oz fiberglass cloth and used Envirotex (a two part type of epoxy) as the sealing agent.
I'm trying to sand it prior to painting and the sandpaper contstantly loads up and I have to change paper. I seal the control surfaces with Sig Polyester Resin and I am having the same problem. I am using an open grit garnet paper and I have tried 3M wet and dry paper with virtually the same results. I fiberglassed the structure approximately 4 mos. ago so it will not cure any more.
Does anyone know of any sandpaper that resists or will not load up during sanding of fiberglass?
Thank you for your response.

Bob,
3M makes a sandpaper called "sandblaster". This is by far the best sandpaper that I have used. It is electrostatically coated with a special compound that resists clogging.
