Hi all,
I'd heard that the best of RC is flying and at the same time building. I'm new to RC and presently had only 2 flights on a trainer to my credit. Still need instruction. However I believe that the basic of building is neccessary if you are in the world of flying RC. So I'm going to give myself a try on building. As usual, this will only be the place where I will seek all of you helpful guys for advice. Do any of you know of a few good websites that teach the basic of building? Or any guys here can offer some good advice? You could also recommend some good books if you have any and I'll try to source for it ( I'm in Thailand so getting books will be a problem but I believe there will be a way) As I'd said that I'm in Thailand, so some technical words on building will be a problem to me. I would really appreciate if you guys here can put it in simple english. I really need to apologise as I sometimes do have problem understanding some terms on RC. But as usual, this is the best place I'd found as all of you here are always friendly and helpful
Cheers

Here are some suggestions. Caffeen Man here has a web site. I looked breifly at it. It has lots of great information for a first time builder. The last suggestion is to get a SIG LT-40 kit. The instructions in this kit are fantastic. With a little help from us and this kit you will be able to build a first rate plane in no time. It should be fairly easy to get, SIG sells world wide. And this is one of the most popular kits in the world. Try it you will definately enjoy it.

Hi bemyself,
I put together a mosquitobiteplanes trainer called the T-Rex. The plans and instructions were great. Any novice could put together a very respectable plane with their kits. I liked the T-Rex so much that I ordered their Tri-Pacer. The plans and instructions in this kit were equaly well done.

Phread59,
Thanks for your suggestion. I'll start to look for this SIG LT-40 kit. By the way, where can I get Caffeen Man web site?
Thanks
