WHILE SANDING/SHAPING MY LEADING EDGE INTO THE EARLY HOURS LAST NIGHT I REMOVED TO MUCH MATERIAL ON THE BOTTM EDGE ON ONE SIDE OF THE WING. IN FACT IT HAS NO RADIUS AT ALL ON THE ONE SIDE. THE TOP STILL HAS A RADIUS, SHOULD I SAND THE OTHER BOTTOM EDGE FLAT TO MATCH OR IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO ADD MATERIAL AND RE-SHAPE IT. IF SO WHAT GLUE WOULD WORK BEST? CA IS SO HARD TO SAND.

You could use carpenters glue (yellow wood glue) Glue a chunk of balsa on then re-sand.

Or just carve it off, sand flush and glue on a new one.

I would cut/sand off the old LE as CafeenMan said also, and go to your LHS get some new stock and try again. As said by Crash90 wood glue is the best for sanding. I found that nice fresh sand paper works the best when trying to sand down CA. Joints are not that bad, but I always try to keep my building as clean as I can, from CA drips,runs and leaks from joints, etc. Good Luck, the Patriot is one of my Fav planes to burn up the sky with!
