Skip the Cap strips on two ribs and replace them with a piece of sheeting the same thickness. Add some 1/32" ply to the inside of the sheeting for strength. Cut out a hatch, add ply strips for the hatch to screw back into, and epoxy blocks on the hatch to hold the servo.

Or, since this is not meant to be a high performing aerobat, do the hatches like Minn states, but instead of putting the servo on it's side, just put it straight out of the wing. That way you don't have to worry about if your mounting blocks are not straight, or not getting enough throw. Put them so they come out the bottom of the wing. For example, look at this: [link=http://airfieldmodels.com/information_source/how_to_articles_for_model_builders/construction/wing_construction/08.htm]Servo mounting at Airfieldmodels.com[/link]

I have used the RA 200 servo mounts from Hobby Lobby on several planes.
