I have a friend building the GeeBee model A from plans drawn by Henry A. Haffke obtained from Model Airplane news.
He has the article from Model Airplane news describing the build, but has some questions concerning some of the methods, and details.
The article refers to builder notes, but we have been unable to find them.
Can anyone help with perhaps more pictures, and any idea where we can find the notes?
He has the Fuse about framed up, and starting on the wings.
Thank you Otterrc

otterrc,
Many times the designer/builder puts notes and diagrams directly on the plans. Have you studied the entire set of plans to see if they are there? I enjoyed that article in MAN and will probably eventually build this plane because it is very unique! Most people didn't know that GEEBEE ever made a biplane and that it was their first commercially available airplane.

gtisme,
No notes on the plans, we are hoping someone comes along that has biult it. There are some detail differences in several photos.
Like you Tony was interested in the plane because no one seemed to know they built one. I believe they built 8 or 9, we have heard 2 are still around. I think one is in a museum in Mass.
