Default cowl for Kadet Sr.

i was trying to find a simple way to build a cowl for my kadet. i didn't build it on when i first built the plane, i just stopped at the firewall. i have my engine mounted sideways and was wondering if there was an easy way to form a cowl useing plastic or somthing. i would like to be able to take it on and off incase i have engine problems. any suggestions? thanks

Have you considered ordering a cowl from the Kadet Senior ARF?

i haven't, but i really don't want to spend much money. i think i'll just build it out of some balsa and make it so that i can screw it on and off.
