Default Servo's for 4-star 120

A friend gave me a 4-star 120 that has been flying for years.

My question is: It has Futaba 3003 servo's installed, and I wonder if they are adequate for a 120 size bird?

These are "standard" servos with about 42 oz of torque at 4.8 volts. For GENERAL SPORT FLYING, they should be OK. If you plan to do any HIGH SPEED OR VIOLENT manuvers, I would go to a more powerful servo, especially on the elevator and rudder (also the ailerons if it is a single servo - dual servos you should be OK ).

It's dual aileron....

I'm going to put a Ryobi 31cc on it, and probably just sport flying (loops, rolls, stall turns.....)

so it sounds like I'll be ok...

thanks,

Scott
