My first real success was in the 80's as a kid with a midwest attacker. I am looking for a kit for old times sake. This was a foam .35 sized mid wing model painted up like a F16. Let me know if you have one.

I may have an Attacker by Midwest in my garage. I'll look around for it. I was thinking about putting it up for auction on Ebay.

I built ~~~errrr~~~ put together a couple of Attackers myself when I was a teenager. Even used that weird, green Styromate filler that Midwest sold for their foam airplanes. Good memories of my Attackers, my first real "hot rods", used K&B .40s. When crashed, that foam would explode into a million little chunks and spread out in spectacular fashion!
I've been nostalgic for one too, but would probably be happier with the earlier all-wood version, the Strikemaster, also designed by Jim Newman.
If fellyrel doesn't find one for you, you might try asking about the Attacker in the Golden Age, Vintage, and Antique forum. The Attacker actually qualifies for vintage R/C now.... Good luck!
