Default Servos for Lanier Stinger 10?

I've got this kit coming in the mail.

I'm going to need servos. I plan on doing a bit of modifying to this kit. I want to get it as light as possible.

Plane will mostly be used as a Fun Fly. I was thinking about using Hitec HS-81 servos on all the control surfaces--with a dedicated servo on each elevator half.

Any opinions about the servos on this little bugger?

Thanks

Default RE: Servos for Lanier Stinger 10?

I built this plane for my son. It was a lot of fun. You will love it. Building light is always a good idea. For servo's consider Hitec HS-225BB Mighty Mini Servo for 3 of the 5 servo's that you will need. But I don't think you will need 5 servos. you can get away with a total of 4 servo's in which case would use two of the HS-225BB.

have fun
