Default Dihedral on Sig Hog bipe..is it necessary?

I'm almost done building my bipe and i'm wondering if dihedral is needed..has anyone tried that and will it fly like it should or will it be more difficult to control?

Default RE: Dihedral on Sig Hog bipe..is it necessary?

tukkus,
I've had 3 Hog Bipes and all I can say is don't mess with a good thing. The Sig Pig is a very well designed and outstanding flying biplane. Trying to take the dihedral out of the bottom wing is going to cause a lot of problems. I would build it as it is designed.
