Default Robart hinge questions...

Hello, I have a 4* 120 kit I am going to start on soon. I don't want to use CA hinges so I was thinking about Robart 1/8" steel hinge points for this plane. My problem with these type of hinges, or the flat nylon hinges by Great Planes, is ..... in case of a re-build I assume the "stock hinges" make it almost impossible to remove the control surfaces without damage. I saw Robart's "hinge pockets" with the allen set screws. I also saw some un-assembled hinge points. Do you run a length of music wire thru these???
Just my thoughts..... it seems like either method may keep you from keeping the gap small, VS. just using the stock hinges. Also, it may make the installation more difficult. What kind of advice do you guys have to offer here. (beside not crashing / re-building) !!!.. .. Thanks..lownslo
