Hi Guys: Well I have a bit of a problem here, seems I bought a framed up Venture 60 but have no plans or manual for it so I need some information.
1: where is the CG?
2: what size wheels does it call for, main and tail?
3: what are the control throws?
4: what size axles?
thanks much guys and figure a 12 Oz tank should be good as I will be putting a .91 surpass on it.

Hi Art,
I would give Bruce a call at BTE. www.btemodels.com 3" main wheels would be fine if your field is not that smooth.... A 1" tail wheel should do. I would upgrade to a Sullivan style wheel instead of the kit supplied wheel in the rudder setup... The CG can be set to the mail spar at first and you an adjust as needed. This plane is quite forgiving. As for control throws as much aileron and rudder as you can get -- I can't remember the elevator setting... If you can I would upgrade to dual aileron servos. Bruce has an update for dual ailerons available. http://www.btemodels.com/venture.html 5/32 axles should be fine...
Where are you flying now? I don't think you have been at Cascade for a couple of years...

I think every thing you want is in the manual.

Thanks guys, knew someone would come through for me as always!
I haven't been out to Hanson's for a few years now as I got tired of paying their high prices to join, not keeping the grass cut and then some idiot telling me had to land so he could practice his IMAC routine![:@] We started a great club up in Arlington, Arlington Eagles and it's a fantastic field to fly from and not that expensive to join. Here's my web site and I have a page on it, wish the pictures were better. Take care Galen and again thanks to both of you.
