Sounds like a great exercise and it's probably academic because as I recall, the Goldberg Sukhoi stalls and snaps before you get all than many g's on it. I don't recall ever hearing of one having the wings fold. I might be wrong, though.

Hi Ed....saw you at the Crestview Fall Fun Fly (I was the one that met Ron Meade in mid-air with my trainer during combat....that was hilarious).

Anyway, I have only heard of a couple of planes have the wings fold, mainly because they were built poorly (not to plan, etc).

My CE II would have probably folded if I had flown it.....I tend to do a lot of maneuvers. But now, the bottom wing definitely won't fold when I'm done with it.

I'll fix it and fly it again Thanksgiving weekend.
