Default lazy bee building

i have two questions about building the lazy bee. first, they say put the tailwheel in between two blocks and glue then put it right in the rudder. on other planes people say this would rip the rudder out. what should i do. my next question is for someone who has built the lazy bee, but other people might know. the rudder hinges? is there only two and do they go right in the back where the two peices of the fusealodge (please tell me the spelling) right in the crack where they meet? thank you
gus
