Default New Problem! I might be hosed!

I need help. I have a Midwest AT-6 Texan I am building. I have just acquired a Fuji 32B I would like to use in it. I do not see that it will fit though. The individual I bought the engine from said he had it in a Midwest Texan. I do not see how. It looks like I would have to cut away so much of the firewall to get the muffler to fit in where it needs to be that it would be structurally unsound. Plus, even if it does fit, It seems the muffler would be too close to the ABS leading edge fairing, and would melt it. Anyone got any suggestions on if this can be made to work.
Thanks all.
