i am building the corsair so far i have the wing nearly complete but i am wondering if i could finish sheeting the wing and mount the retractable gear when I get them i do have the landing gear mounting rails installed just need to know if this is possible

Are you installing mechanical or pneumatic retracts?

I would wait on the sheeting till the gear comes in, bolt them up, run the air lines inside the wing and get everything figured out such as valve servo location, valve, etc, then unbolt them and sheet the wing.

I agree with tashley, Wait until you get the gear installed before sheeting. If you use the CJM gear, you will need to do some miner modifications to the wing (it is explained with the CJM gear). I just finished sheeting the wing on mine last night, and I'm glad I waited until the gear was installed. Sheeting the wing does take quite a bit of time, but is not to difficult if you follow the instructions.
