Tall order.

Lanier makes a Cap in 27% size, but it's got foam wings and their typical ABS plastic everywhere. It's a 2-piece wing.

Midwest Extra 200S is 27% at 80" It's all built up, but the wing is a solid 80". No wing tubes. You'd better be a light builder with this one. I've built a few of the Midwest kits, and you really gotta work to get them light.

I know you wanted a kit or plans, but...........

World Models makes an ARF 300S in Patty Wagstaff colors with 80" wing. 27% or 28%--whatever. It's a 2-piece wing on aluminum tube. Completely built up airframe. No plastic. Fiberglass cowl, pants, cuffs. Really nice quality for $350.

Your gonna have a tough time finding a built up kit without any foam AND a 2-piece wing. Thats a tough one.

Aeroworks makes a 29% Edge 540T in a "kit". 84" wing. 2-piece. It comes with pre-sheeted foam wings and tail pieces. Fuse looks pretty straightforward. Low low price of $450 Thats what keeps me from building more AW kits. They think their stuff is friggin' gold-plated.

Columbo Anderson makes a 27% Extra 300L with 2-piece foam wings. Pre-sheeted foam wings and tail. Fuse looks pretty simple. $350
