I scratch built a Seniortia as a tail dragger with great success. Move the main gear just forward the Leading edge and either connect the tail wheel to the rudder or provide another servo and use a Y-cable. I don't have ailerons, channel 4 works the tail wheel. I used a 1/2 nose steering kit. It works great. The Kadet MKII was my first trainer. I flew it so much I went through 3 OS LA .40 engines (I teach others to fly). The extra servo will not weigh it down. I hope you find this helpful. Since January my Seniorita have had 5 students and 13 flights on the buddy box.
CANT GO WRONG WITH A SIG. the Mark II is a great plane. Kick out the control throws more for a very nibble airplane. I had it doing down the runway, 6" off the ground, upsidedown. No Joke.
I have trained many people, the Mark II is the best onlly the Midwest Aerostar and the Sig Seniorita come in second. (I had plans and an extra .20 OS LA)
I hope this is helpful.

I just converted a Kadet Sr ARF to a tail dragger for my daughter. Don't add the weight of an extra servo or the hassle... just mount a Ohio Products scale tail wheel and run a set of pull pull wires to the tail wheel off of the same servo that's connected to your rudder. Then mount the main gear up even with the leading edge of your wing and you're done. Took me a grand total of maybe an hour (including goofing around time
).
There's a thread on here showing pics etc... I'll see if I can find it for you.

Here it is... This worked great on the sr... I'd think it'd work on the mkII also.
