It gives more of a trainer look though if you ask me.
Yeah, It does look a lot like my Avistar wing. But it still looks nice (very original design too!) I'm sure it makes no difference in flight. I know mine is such a great flyer compared to the Avistar - I was amazed on the maiden that it was as smooth as it is.

Mine has a Thunder Tiger Pro .46 - a perfect match and EXTREMELY reliable.

I've got a O.S. 46 LA I'm going to try in it. Should be plenty from what I've been told.

I have an OS 70 Surpass in my T2 spinning a 13x6 APC prop. I usually fly it at about 2/3 throttle. At full throttle it is way fast and has unlimited vertical. Total weight is 5.5 lbs. BTW, 1 servo mid-wing is plenty 'nuff if you replace the aileron torque rods with a 1/8" set and glue them into the ailerons. No flutter at very fast full-throttle high-speed dives.

Ok.. I am the point now where I have everything covered except the fuselage. I am reading the instructions on how to finish up the plane and it recommends covering the fuselage before installing the three servos mount. I am finding this a little hard to accept. How in the world would I be able to get into it and adjust everyting. Since I have the alleron servo mounted in the middle of the wing that take up most of the area there. So I have to go to the compartment aft of the wing right?

Suggestions?

On other thing.. Before I covered my wing I did checked the balancing on it. Very odd but I found it was seriously out of balance. Not thinking I used some composit shims to add the weight at the end of the wing. Normally it wouldn't be an issue but I used a transparent covering Looks like I found a perfect spot for some decals!!!

wow looks great. Do yourself a favor and have someone teach ya to fly. Dont put all that time and engery into a project just to crash it. The eagle 2 would have been a better 1st choice. it is high wing and more forgiving. but hey if u can learn on a tiger 2 tha tis just great. it does all the aerobatics u might want and flys kinda fast for newbies.

Ok.. I am a visual person. Anybody who has a tiger 2....can you take a picture of how you mounted the servos? I can't figure it out... I must be getting the itch to get it finished....

Are you talking about the servos in the fuse? I don't think it matters as long as they line up with the push rods and don't bump or bind. Mine wouldn't be the same because I converted to a tail dragger and have dual ailerons. Maybe one of the other guys will help.

When mine did have a nose wheel I put the throttle servo on the carb throttle arm side of the fuse, the elevator in the middle and the rudder on the other side. I put the nose wheel clevis in the hole on the arm closest to the arm mounting screw and the rudder out farther. You don't want the nose wheel to move a lot especially on a trainer or the takeoffs will be squirrelly. You can put the servo output shafts to the front or rear of the plane or a combination of both whatever works the best and keeps them from hitting each other.

Here is the inside of my fuse. This is by no means the only way to do it. I like the solder clevises because it is a little neater and safer. I hope it helps some.

Mine is an ARF.

Ok..I feel a little better now. I thought it was supposed to go that way but when I tried to put the three 3004 servos in the factory servo tray they didn't fit. Looks like I just need to trim it out a little bit.

I appreciate all the help!

By the looks of your receiver do you have two servos in the wings?

Whether it's 1 or 2, the aileron servo(s) do get mounted in the wing.
