I just ordered a new Goldberg Tiger 60 kit from Tower and I may of got a little ahead of myself. I was just wondering if after the kit is built is the wing removeable for transport? Also I have a OS 46AX sitting in my Nexstar and was wondering if it is powerfull enough for the Tiger 60 or if I should buy another engine.

Hi, Not to be rude but that is why it is called a tiger 60. You need a 60 2 stroke at least to power it with authority. I built a 40 tiger and the wing removed. Powered it with a 40 motor and it was fine. Get a 60 that is why we have throttle controls !

Thank's guys, I thought I was on the right track. I allready looked into a Super Tiger G61 and a plane on the market that you could not remove the wing I thought was unheard of.

There are a few planes that you cant take the wing off, the Tower Uproar 40 for one. I built the Tiger 60 this winter as well. I powered it with a Super Tigre G 90. I cant wait to see some grass come out from under all the darn snow up so I can take it up. You might want to consider the G 75 as well. Its right in the middle of the power range for the plane.
