Iwas looking through RCM magazine and I ran across an add for D&L Designs. They sell wood kits for many popular planes. Anyone know anything about them as far as quality of their kits? Thanks in advance.

I am building the 80" Edge 540 from a D&L kit. All laser cut parts, easy to follow directions, good plans. Mine is almost done, and as the plans called for, I am using ther Moki 180. Should know how it flies some time after the holidays.

Let us know what we can expect. I am presently considering one of their kits, but needed an opinion. Any pics of the new Edge? You know I love to see the good stuff.

I am finishing a 77" D&L Cap using the plans and the wood pack. High quality wood.
I thought some of the construction techniques were a bit odd, but it looks like it will come out under 13 pounds with a ZDZ 40RVL. Should be a rocket!
