I'm just starting to cover a plane this weekend, and I got this idea from the Monokote trim scheme poster.
Cover the entire plane in creme color. Then cut out irregular shapes from tan and olive drab to put over top of the creme. I haven't tried it yet, but the colors do look good together.
I'm making sure to put a red stripe on the bottom of the wing in case it gets stuck in a tree!
I also think white, dove gray, and black would look good as winter camo.
Regards,
Robb
