need help on first kit

i have been building ARF's but would like to start building from kits or plans. i fly electric and i have a small park to fly in. i see all of these beautiful planes that people build and my ARF's just ain't doing the trick. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE!!!?

Check out the Stephens Aero and Mountain Models line for electrics. You didn't say whether you wanted to stay with electrics but I assume you do. Try and be more specific and you'll get all the help you need here.

oh, sorry. yeah i want to stay with electric. i already have batteries and stuff and i don't think i can afford to go gas(although i'd like to).

thankyou tashley, i couldn't find anything on the stephens aero stuff yet but i did take a look at the mountain models and i found a few models. thankyou. one question, is covering a model very hard because i've never done it before

I built the glow version of the fat free taco and the Mojo 60 and have to say that Paul Swany's designs are very easy to build and a bundle of fun to fly around. If you have any questions about it just ask!

another manf. of electric kits is easy built models lots of different style electrics there. don't thing any of their kits are laser cut though.
they have a stinson voyager that i'm planning on building to copy a full scale plane that flies near our field. i will probably build it and give it the owner of the full scale.....he's a great guy and has helped us a lot in r/c even though he doesn't fly r/c himself

A hair dryer won't have enough heat. I fyou know someone that has a heat gun for paint stripping, that will work, but they get VERY hot, so you'll need to be careful lest you melt a hole in the covering.
