Uh..... what is that plywood part for? [sm=confused.gif]
I was just going through my box of wood and found it. It is listed in the manual where they show the diagrams of the laser cut parts. So I labeled it way back when. But now I see it again, and can't find a reference anywhere in the manual for where or what it is used for. [sm=confused.gif]

On the 4*40 APG is a template to line the ailerons up to the neutral position. The only reference I could find in the instructions is near the section with the control throws.

I am building one, it stands for, Aileron Position Guide. Look in the manual on page 25, item # 67b. The wing print shows how to use this guide to set up the neutral position on the ailerons...
