Maverick, I have built and Flown the GP Ultimate and I can tell you that while it's not a beginners build, GP walks you very nicely step by step through the entire process. And it fly's superbly with the OS 70. A 61 would definitely make this thing a firecracker!. One note on the kit. I've seen 3 of them that all have the same problem (although it's a minor one). The landing gear is a little soft. Seems like every other time you land, you have to "Un-squash" the main gear.
Nav8tor, You really don't need anything on those wing struts, they hold up just fine!

That's it. I'm ordering a Hog Bipe today. Maybe not at capable as my dearly departed CG Ultimate (sold not crashed), but just as much fun. I'll use my Extra for precision aerobatic. Now, OS FS91 or Saito FA100????? Hmmmm?

Go with the Saito 100, it would be slightly overpowered but you always can throttle back. I also had a Thunder Tiger 4stroke .91 on mine but it didnt like being inverted because it put the tank too high above the carb which caused fuel feed problems. Mine runs great with the .61 2stroke mounted on its side with a pitts muffler. I think a Hog would look pretty cool kit basked with a radial cowl and dummy radial engine with a smooth running Saito.
